The FoodShare platform lets anyone list surplus meals, groceries or ingredients with just a few taps. People nearby can browse and claim these donations, arranging a convenient pickup time and location. By making sharing simple, we help reduce waste, support our neighbours and care for the environment.

Our Story

We launched FoodShare in 2025 after witnessing how much edible food goes to waste in our own communities. Inspired by the power of grassroots sharing, we partnered with local food banks and charities to build a tool that anyone can use to fight waste and hunger. Today, our growing community of donors and recipients proves that small acts of generosity can have a big impact.
